Q: Can I trust TAXI AIRPORT e and is it safe to book online?
A: Yes. Since 2005 we are successfully organizing transfers. When it comes to booking our secure credit and debit card handler offers a safe booking. We use Pay Pal system to guarantee safe transitions!

Q: How do I cancel or change my booking?
A: All cancellation can be made up to 1 day in advance without any charges. Within 24 hours we will charge 10% of the final price.

Q: Can I call TAXI AIRPORT by telephone for a quote on a transfer?
A: Yes. We will take your details and travel requirements over the phone and get back to you ASAP with a competitive price.

Q: I would like to make a booking within the 1 day before date of travel, how can I do this?
A: In this case, please call us and we will be able to confirm the availability.

Q: What vehicles are available for my use?
A: Please note that we use a range of vehicles therefore cannot guarantee vehicle sizes. However, please be assured that we will always use the best appropriate vehicle depending on your needs.

Q:How long does it take to receive a specific transfer quote?
A: On average most quotes are with you within 24 hours. In some cases this can take longer.

Q: Is my e-mail confirmation a valid ticket?
A: The e-mail sent by us with a confirmed booking ref. Number is you valid ticket. Just show it to your transfer driver on arrival. Please make sure you have read through all important information on this before travel.

Q: What happens if I leave something in the transfer vehicle?
A: Call the Emergency Telephone number immediately, with your transfer details and description of missing items and we will endeavor to deliver them to you. You may be charged if the driver has to make a special journey.

Q: How do I get a transfer quote on-line?
A: Easy, just click onto the BOOKING button and fill in your travel details. The following page will give you the actual price for the transfer.

Q: I have lots of luggage, will there be room?
A: When making your booking, you will be asked the number of luggage. If you have more than expected, please call us within 24 hours to be sure to have a vehicle that suit all of them.

Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
A: If you know before you board the plane, inform TAXI AIRPORT immediately on +39 392 3977197. A transfer will wait for you.

Q: How do I find my driver when I reach the airport?
A: The TAXI AIRPORT’s driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign showing your name. Please note, that your pick-up will be scheduled for 20 minutes after your flight has landed to allow for disembarkation & baggage reclaim. Show the driver your emailed ticket and you will be seated in the vehicle without delay.

Q: How do I book a transfer on-line?
A: Easy, just click onto the BOOKING button, fill in your travel details. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details. Please make sure to fill in all details to get the exact price.

Q: What happens if I’ve lost my luggage?
A: All airlines have handling agents who will organize your luggage to be sent to your resort address ASAP. If you are delayed in finding your luggage please notify TAXI AIRPORT so we can inform the driver. The transfer will wait for you.

Q: Which is better renting a car or booking a transfer?
A: TAXI AIRPORT would advise you to book a transfer for the following reasons:

  • It not easy to driver within another country
  • It’s really hard to find a parking space in the city
  • The driver will use the best way to transfer depending on the traffic and the weather.

Q: Are Saturday and holiday period transfers different from weekday transfers?
A: Yes. During Saturdays and Holidays, we may pick you up earlier to eliminate the risk of traffic jam, so you won’t miss your flight.
